Last Updated: July 20, 2026

Hoop School LLC, doing business as Hoop College ("Hoop College," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website hoopcollege.com and provides youth basketball training services in Sunrise, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using our website, submitting a form, registering for a trial session, or enrolling in one of our programs, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including:

Contact information: name, email address, phone number, city
Player information: age or age range, skill level, program interest
Payment information: processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your full credit card number on our own systems
Communication preferences: your responses when you contact us, sign up for a trial, or fill out an interest form
Scheduling information: session attendance, calendar bookings, and related program details

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website or landing pages, such as pages viewed and general engagement with ads, through tools like the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to inquiries and schedule trial sessions
Register and manage enrollment in Hoop College programs
Process payments for trial sessions and monthly memberships
Send confirmations, reminders, and program updates
Improve our programs, communications, and advertising
Comply with legal or insurance requirements related to our business

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

2a. SMS / Text Message Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number, you may receive text messages from Hoop College related to trial confirmations, session reminders, program updates, and occasional promotional offers such as referral discounts or camp announcements. Message frequency varies depending on your enrollment and activity with our programs. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP.

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and SMS consent status are used solely by Hoop College to communicate with you about our own programs and services.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our business, with service providers who help us run Hoop College, including:

Stripe — payment processing
HubSpot — customer relationship management (storing contact and enrollment information)
Zapier — connecting our tools together (e.g., routing form submissions to our CRM)
Google (Forms, Calendar, Gmail) — scheduling, communication, and interest forms
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — if you respond to one of our lead ads, Meta provides us with the contact information you submitted so we can follow up with you. We do not send your phone number or SMS consent status back to Meta, or to any other third party, for advertising or marketing purposes.

These providers are only permitted to use your information to help us provide our services, not for their own independent marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with insurance or liability matters related to our program.

4. Your Choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your contact information at any time by emailing support@hoopcollege.com.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails or texts at any time using the link or instructions provided in those messages, or by replying STOP to any text.
If you submitted information through a Facebook/Instagram lead form and no longer wish to be contacted, let us know directly and we will remove your information from our systems.

5. Children's Privacy

Hoop College provides basketball training for players ages 7–17. Personal information for minors is submitted by a parent or legal guardian, not by the child directly. We only use this information to provide our training services and communicate with the parent or guardian.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including using reputable third-party services (such as Stripe for payments) that maintain their own industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
