Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of hoopcollege.com and enrollment in any Hoop College ("Hoop College," "we," "us," or "our") training program, operated by Hoop School LLC, DBA Hoop College, based at Sunrise Athletic Complex, 11501 NW 44th Street, Sunrise, FL 33323.

By registering for a trial session, enrolling in a program, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Enrollment & Agreements

Enrollment in Hoop College programs requires acceptance of these Terms and, for enrolled members, our Training Agreement & Program Terms, provided at signup. Training agreements are offered in 3-, 6-, and 12-month terms.

2. Payments & Billing

Monthly plans are billed automatically every 30 days. If a payment fails, you must update your payment method within 12 hours; a $20 late fee applies after 48 hours, and training pauses until payment is resolved.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, late arrivals, or unused packages. Agreements auto-renew unless you notify us in writing at support@hoopcollege.com at least 30 days before the end of your term. Early termination is available by paying 50% of the remaining contract balance.

4. Communications

Accepting these Terms is required to register for a trial or enroll in a program, but it does not enroll you in text message communications. If you separately check the marketing communications box at checkout, you agree to receive text messages and emails from Hoop College regarding trial confirmations, session reminders, program updates, and occasional promotional offers. This is optional and is never required to complete a purchase or enrollment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. 5. Media Release

By enrolling, you grant Hoop College permission to use photos and videos taken during sessions for training and promotional purposes on our website and social media. Families may opt out by submitting a written request to support@hoopcollege.com.

6. Health, Safety & Liability

Hoop College training involves physical activity. By enrolling, you affirm that your child is in good physical condition and free of any condition that would limit participation. You acknowledge the physical nature of basketball training and agree that Hoop College, Coach Mak, and any assistant coaches are not liable for injuries that may occur during participation.

7. Weather & Scheduling Policy

Hoop College determines all weather-related cancellations. If a session is deemed safe to proceed and a parent chooses not to attend, that session counts as a missed session. Rescheduling is limited and subject to availability.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
